6 Killed in Guangdong Kindergarten Attack, Including 3 Children

Six people have died and another wounded following an attack on a kindergarten in the southern Guangdong province on Monday morning.
A 25-year-old local man surnamed Wu has been arrested, police in the city of Lianjiang announced.
The victims were three students, two parents, and a teacher, AFP reported, citing a city government spokeswoman.
Lianjiang city authorities are still investigating the incident. No further details have been announced.
The incident was one of the most discussed topics on China’s microblogging platform Weibo, with more than 330 million views as of 3 p.m. Monday.
Lianjiang has a population of over 1.8 million people.
